After registrations, you will receive an email from the organizer.
Please print out your visitor's badge in color in A4 size or letter size and make sure you bring it with you to the venue.

Registration
You can not use same email address to register 2/more person. Visitors will not be able to use a visitor badge that has been issued to anyone other than the individual registered.
Information from the organizer
The organizer may send information (e.g. direct mail/e-mail) to those who have registered. If you wish to stop receiving such in formation, please contact the IPF Japan secretariat.
Provision of personal data to exhibitors
By presenting the QR code printed on the visitor's badge at an exhibitor's booth or seminar space within the exhibition venue, your personal information that you have registered will be provided to the organizer and the exhibitor concerned, or speaker(s) of seminar(s).
In addition, if you visit the Exhibit Products/Services page on the IPF Japan website, the information you have registered will be provided to the exhibitor concerned.
Portrait rights
The organizer and media authorized by the organizer may publish images and videos documenting the exhibition in promotional activities such as result reports and next exhibition guides, on their websites and in various magazines. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Change registration information
You can change your registration information on My Page.
Prohibited matters
No sales activities to exhibitors or visitors are permitted without approval from the organizer.
